Types of Training

Private:1 Client 1 Trainer; This is what Personal Training is all about! 45-75 minutes of individualized attention with one of our Certified Professionals assessing your biomechanics, food and water intake, rest periods, and residual in an effort to get you to your goals as quickly as possible!
Semi-Private: 2-3 Participants 1-2 Trainers; Ideal for a group of individuals with similar goals who enjoy the aspect of training with others yet also enjoy more personalized attention. Be prepared for anything as this 60 minute class will explore all aspects of training that help you achieve success!
Groups: 4+ Participants 1+ Trainers; Ever notice that no matter how BIG exercise classes got there would still only be ONE Trainer? Not here! We pride ourselves in making sure EVERYONE receives a safe and effective workout that is why we have at least 1 Certified Trainer for every 4 participants. Working together, our Trainers will give you 60 minutes of high energy all while making you move in ways never thought possible!
Post-Rehabilitation: 1 Client 1 Trainer; With insurance companies cutting back on Health Care and Physical Therapy, we took it upon ourselves to incorporate this style of training. It is designed for anyone who has just suffered an injury and/or had one in the past that never completely healed. With over 15 years experience, we will be able to assess your situation and take the appropriate steps in getting you back to how life was before the injury.
1/2 hour Power: 1 Client 1 Trainer; We all know time is a very valuable asset and establishing a consistant workout program can sometimes be a difficult task to come by. This is why we have created a 30 minute program that effectively trains the body yet most importantly still achieves results!
Youth: Kids of all ages; With technology vastly improving, kids now a days seem to be staying inside more and more. This could be one of the reasons why children born since the year 2000 have a one and three chance of developing diabetes if trends continue(according to the CDC). Scary thought huh? With experience in working with The Boy Scouts of America, local High Schools and hosting activities at children's Birthday Parties(just to name a few), we can do our part to help our future generation maintain a healthier way of life.
Sports Teams: Sport specific Training; As an athlete nothing is more frustrating than the feeling of defeat when you worked so hard to accomplish something. Whether the sport is played indoors, outdoors, as a Professional athlete or someone just taking up the game for the first time, we utilize different techniques to improve the functionality of the specific sport(s) to get you playing at your best!
Corporate: Workplace turned into workout studio; With all of our equipment we ever utilize being portable, we are able to turn any space, such as your place of work, into a safe place to train. All we need is a clean area with some willing participants and leave the rest to us!
General Fitness

Society as a whole positions itself in ways that do not promote proper movement, which leads to improper posture and weakened muscular development. Our individualized programs are structured to achieve biomechanical correctness while breaking through plateaus and helping you reach your fitness goals.

You will be paired up with one of our certified trainers who have had over 50 hours of live case study and completed a course with at least 90% competency.

Post - Rehabilitation

As you may have noticed, we are not only about getting you into better shape, but we also care about your well-being, this is why we have incorporated Post-Rehabilitation into the mix.
Utilizing different techniques such as strength and resistance training, balance and core conditioning, and/or stability and vibrational training. In most cases, we can decrease the amount of time necessary to return to action from a recent injury or issue.
Have an old injury that never healed? We will work to develop a program to return your body to its former capability and ease of motion. With over 15 years of experience, our rehabilitation trainers will be able to assess your situation and get you back to how life was before the injury.

Cultivated and tested for the last 13 years, this advanced mode of training brings excitement and vitality to the world of fitness. Yet each evolution has an associated cost. The first price to pay occurs on our end.
The Personal Trainers selected for XPD must undergo a skills assessment and evaluation much like that of a practical to ensure competency to lead this high level programming.
