Kumusta po kayo, (How are you?)

Hello, my name is Nicole Estrellado, my colleagues call me Nicki! I have been a Certified Massage Therapist since April 15, 2003, graduating from the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage in Grand Blanc, Michigan. That is where I met my current boss, Director of Massage, and friend.

I have experience in the Administration field at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland, in Pontiac for almost 15 years, in multiple areas of the hospital, before arriving at Advanced Training Techniques Inc., in July of 2008. 

I am proud to say, as of January 13, 2009, that I am now as well, a Certified Personal Trainer. I am the only one standing from my class of 3! I did not think I was going to make it, but my other boss, believed in me so much that he hired me on an impromptu job interview, to my surprise! 

If you knew about the one “thing” that has changed my life, and over 100 other people that I know, wouldn’t you tell as many people as you could? My fitness journey re-started at a size 16 women, and have graciously transformed into a size 8 and only 2 pounds lighter. What I learned as an Oakland University Dance Team “Images” member, is Team Work. The very same beliefs as this great team of individuals have, here at Advanced Training Techniques, Inc. Being a dual practitioner gives me the advantage of truly knowing the muscles and how to utilize them properly, and also being able to relax the total mind body and spirit as well.

I am excited to begin our journey together! Lets have some fun and Start moving!
